Enjoy a real Farm Stay on our wine & olive farm. 3 spacious self-catering cottages, each sleeping 4 guests. Fully equipped, including top quality bed linen and towels.
Each cottage has 2 bedrooms and cozy fireplaces, private barbecue facilities and complimentary WiFi. Within easy reach of Tulbagh, Wolseley, Ceres, along the famous Route 62 Winelands route. Cape Town is only a 90 minute drive away. A Caravan/Motorhome site is also available all year round. Enjoy magnificent sunsets and briliant views. Retreat and Rejuvenate in our Valley of Abundance! Olive cottage is our pet friendly chalet (small to medium sized dogs).
Fraaigelegen Farm is home to our award-winning ADHARA EVOO Extra Virgin Olive Oil, which you can buy exclusively on the farm. Enjoy also locally produced estate wines and cheese at the various estates surrounding us; Bubbly and Belgian chocolate tasting and more! Our valley is proud of its fine restaurants. Recommended daytrips are hiking/ snow seeking at the Matroosberg Nature Reserve or hiking at Murludi or Sliverfontein Hiking Trails. In November/December/Jan you can pick your own cherries or figs. If you like adrenalin rushes then try Ceres Adventures Zip slide!
We are not far away from the Swartland Wine route and a visit to the quaint Riebeeck Kasteel is a must.
