Accompany our guide on an Addo Elephant National Park Safari for the best elephant viewing in the world. Arrange an exhilarating safari, visit one of the near-by Addo ‘Big 5’ private game reserves or simply go for a walk on one of the many trails on our grounds. Afterwards, have a refreshing swim in our pool, or sundowners on the veranda before sitting down to a gourmet dinner by candlelight. What you can do
Three night - Addo Schotia Package
An elephant herd, led by a Magnificent ‘Tusker’ bull at a waterhole in the Addo Elephant National Park. This three night safari package includes bed and breakfast with dinner for three nights as well as a morning safari in the Addo Elephant National Park and light lunch on Day 2 and afternoon and night safari with Schotia Private Game Reserve on Day 3. Day 1: Check in from 14h00 and have dinner with Hitgeheim Day 2: Breakfast at 07h45 and depart at 08h30 to the Addo Elephant National Park on a morning safari. Picnic at Jack’s Restrooms and return to Hitgeheim between 14h00 and 15h00, enjoy light lunch and spend the afternoon at leisure and have dinner with Hitgeheim. (Note that all park fees, gate fees and conservation levies are included in the package rate. No additional fees will be charged.) Day 3: Breakfast from 07h45 and spend the morning at leisure at Hitgeheim. Depart for Schotia Private Game Reserve strictly at 12h30 via the Addo Park to join the Schotia Tooth and Claw Safari from 14h00 – 21h00. The Scotia Safari includes three safaris (two afternoon safari and one night safari) and a unique dinner experience in the Boma. Transfer back to Hitgeheim after the safari to be in bed by 22h00. Day 4: Enjoy breakfast from 07h45 and check-out to depart on your next adventure.
Two night - Addo Package
Experience the thrill and diversity of the African landscape, all in the comfort of one of our luxury open-top safari vehicles. Our highly skilled guide will lead you through the park and answer any questions you may have about the scores of wildlife that make Addo one of the most successful conservation parks in Africa. This two night safari package includes dinner, bed and breakfast for two nights, an afternoon and night safari with Schotia Private Game Reserve. We must have written confirmation before we shall secure this Safari Package Day 1: Check in from 14h00 and have dinner with Hitgeheim Day 2: Breakfast at Hitgeheim Country Lodge. Morning at leisure. Depart to Schotia Private Game Reserve to join their Tooth and Claw Safari from 14h00 – 21h00. The Scotia Safari includes three safaris (two afternoon safaris and one night safari) and a unique dinner experience in the Boma. Transfer back to Hitgeheim after the safari to be in bed by 22h00.
